Cowboys acquire WR Adams from Broncos

OXNARD, California - The Dallas Cowboys on Thursday acquired wide receiver Charlie Adams from the Denver Broncos for an undisclosed draft pick in 2007.

Entering his fourth season, Adams has spent each of the last two seasons on the Broncos' active roster after competing on the club's practice squad in 2002 as a rookie.

The 6-2, 190-pound Adams has registered 21 receptions for 203 yards in 24 career games. He also has seen duty returning punts and kickoffs.
