    Land Registry sale price statistics have shown that exclusive houses in England and Wales are still maintaining their high prices.

    The most expensive street is Chester Square in London's Belgravia, which has an average property value of £6.6 million.

    London still dominates the expensive property league in the UK with the average price of properties on the 10 most expensive streets tagged at £5.5 million.

    The South East of England is next on the expensive list with average prices around £3.7 million.

    Wales is at the bottom of the UK list with an average value of £676,320.
