    25 hurt in Tajikistan blast

    Twenty-five people were injured Friday in a suicide car bomb attack on a police building in Tajikistan, an interior ministry spokesman said.

    The attack took place at 8.10 a.m. in the country's second largest city of Khujand.

    'A car packed with explosives crashed through the right part of the building,' the spokesman said.

    The building housed the headquarters of the local organised crime department.

    There is no information on the driver of the vehicle involved.
